GLBT or LGBT stands for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people who are known to seek alternative dating, non-traditional lifestyles. By definition:Gay is homosexual men who seek sexual and romantic liaison with men. Most of the gays seek sex and love with males only. Gays or guys as they are often known are also referred to as queers or outpersonals. This non traditional out activity is quite popular all over the world.Lesbian are homosexual women who seek sexual and romantic liaison with women. This female to female sex and love activity is known as lesbian sex or lesbian love and online romance in online dating activity. Bisexual are women and men who are sexually oriented towards more then one sex.
Thus they may be attracted towards both men and women and having homosexual and hetero sexual preferences at the same time. Thus bisexual may be sexually oriented as straight, lesbian and gay homosexual at the same time. Transgender are men and women who are literally speaking not sure of their own sex. They feel like a female in a male’s body for example. The instances of cross dressing are popular among Trans gendered people.
The GLBT is an organization or association of alternative sex seekers for protection of their rights and interests. It protects the rights of gay, lesbian, Trans gendered by advocating changes in the legislation of the countries that practice discrimination against the LGBT community in some form or the other. It also protects gay, lesbian and transgender persons from physical and social abuse at work place and public places. This organization of alternative sex or online relationship seekers is present in many countries through out the world. There has been a sea change in attitude towards non traditional sex seekers by the efforts of this organization and many other organizations that are present all over the globe.
